Soft brioche buns and simple homemade sandwiches for a weekend table

Not a styled table.
Just what we actually eat on weekend brunch days at home.
Sandwiches, simple homemade brunch plates at home.
I baked soft brioche buns first and used them for small homemade sandwiches.







These sandwich plates were made on different days, including an open sandwich, a croissant sandwich, croque madame, French onion soup with sandwiches, and a Monte Cristo sandwich.
All of them were simple weekend sandwich plates worth keeping.
