Soft homemade cheese rolls from a small sourdough baking day

Not a styled table.
Just what we actually made for a weekday brunch at home.
Sourdough cheese rolls, a simple homemade brunch bread.



These soft rolls were filled with small pieces of cheese and baked until lightly golden.
The leftover bread was pulsed in a food processor and turned into homemade bread crumbs for another meal.
This was the last small baking record from the sourdough soft roll series.
